This course focuses on:

• Creating a greater understanding of the purpose of events in your life as well as your responses to them

• Shadow self - all the parts of ourselves which we have disowned and projected, which often leads to unfulfilled dreams, conflict in relationships, and emotional turmoil

• Introduction to inner child work - identifying your emotional triggers, creating new awareness and connection from them, and transforming your responses and experiences

• Revitalising your relationship with self and others; releasing the past

• Empowering yourself towards creating the life you desire

• Learning a set of steps that will assist in shaping belief systems and discover untold strengths

• Limited numbers for a more personal journey (5 hours per session).​
